The staff we provide to companies is trained at the DL & Associates training center.
This center is called BEROHANA Academy and training is carried out on specific work positions in several professions.
The staff trained in this center are able to work in the workstations requested by companies and are monitored on a daily basis by the training center.
This allows you to reduce your training costs by using an immediately operational workforce.
We offer 2 options:
1st option:
In the case of direct recruitment or professional internship, we make this workforce available to you free of charge.
2 nd option :
In the case of temporary employment, the workforce is made available to you in return for a provision fee during the temporary period.
